This very small plat was a challenging project. We were able to take a seemingly useless plot of land and transform it into a central focus of social life for the local residents.

Located in an Ibizian neighborhood is a mixed residential and orchard area. This corner bar became the meeting point with a vivid social life.

The building was designed in an odd shaped lot abandoned for years. this triangular building was built emphasizing the geometry of the location to bring life to the heart of the neighborhood.
